It is a great pity when we look at the youth and the type of life they live out there. As the Senate, we have taken a good step to bring this Motion and discuss it. We want measures to be taken in order to deal with issues affecting the youth. Article 55 of the Constitution talks about the youth and I quote:- “The State shall take measures including affirmative action---"
