"content": "As a teacher, I agree with Sen. Kagwe that disappointing a pupil is also preventing him or her from learning. But we should not rush to bring packets of sweets which may ruin the health of the pupils. What is brought in should be in such a way that the reception and use meets the original objective. I am saying this because of the clear Statement that Sen. Kagwe has brought before this House and because of the concern that in catapulting us into the future using this technology, we understand the use of the tablets; we do not want to fall into these pitfalls.
