What will the Assistant Minister do to ensure these notices are published in the Kenya Gazette in time? Sometimes, there are delays in publishing them beyond the statutory guaranteed period. For example, notices for the month of October have not been published even though the Ministry has issued instructions to the Government Printer to do so. What will he do to ensure this is done to comply with the law?"
