    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. We have observed one minute of silence for our late brother. As a KANU nominee, I think that it is befitting really to say that hon. Njiru did a lot for this country. Therefore, we cannot just observe one minute of silence and leave it at that. Maybe most of us did not know that he had passed on. I, therefore, think that it is important that we, at least, allow Members to convey their condolences, since we have observed a minute of silence. Personally, I knew Mr. Njiru as a good citizen and Minister in this country."
