Madam Temporary Speaker, I have been listening since the time this Motion was moved by my good friend; I have also listened to those Senators who contributed to this Motion, including yourself, and I think there is one thing we are omitting here. Nobody is talking about the positive side of this kind of development. Everybody is saying they were neglected, they were not consulted and all these manner of things. Madam Temporary Speaker, the intention of those who created these major projects was quite good at the time these projects were being contemplated.
