    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, some of us respect the Chair very much. When I saw the yellow light, I thought I was being alerted to sit down. But thank you for allowing me to wind up. We need to support the sentiments of this Motion and what has been said by the Mover and Senators of this House because it is now a national Motion and not purely for West Pokot. The people of West Pokot have definitely benefited from this project, and I know that. But we cannot say vividly that all the projects that have been created to date have not benefitted our communities. So, Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to support as it is. Thank you very much."
