    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the most important thing is to realize that we need to make life more comfortable for citizens when they retire, especially as Sen. Kajwang said, when this pension is the lifeline that such citizens are looking for. If you punish them by chasing this thing as if it was a crime to be working for the Government or it was a crime to have been employed somewhere, I feel it becomes a very ungrateful undertaking. With those few words, I would like to support the Motion and hope that my dear friend, Sen. G.G. Kariuki will move the amendment in the spirit in which we have worked with. I beg to support."
