    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. This Motion has been moved under Standing Order No.28 which provides for the Senate to come up with its calendar for the entire year. This is a good development. It is a deviation from what we saw in the Tenth Parliament where the calendar of the National Assembly was literally dictated by the Executive. This is a good move.
