    "content": " I appreciate the generosity by the Mover of the Motion but I want to bring his attention to Standing Order No.27 (1) which says:- “Except for the Session commencing immediately after a general election, regular Sessions of the Senate shall commence on the second Tuesday of February and terminate on the first Thursday of December.” You may entertain all the rest but on this one, I am afraid I will not allow. So, be advised. Senators, this is a matter not affecting counties. Therefore, I wish to put the question."
