    "content": "I am much obliged, Mr. Speaker, Sir. But I was just excited because of the problem that TNA was trying to cause to us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order No.222(2)(a), I wish to present a Petition on behalf of Mr. Joseph Kalinga of Post Office Box 8, Migwani, Kitui. Mr. Kalinga is a Kenyan citizen and a resident of Kitui County. As hon. Senators are aware, under Article 119 of the Constitution, and I quote:- “(1) Every person has a right to petition Parliament to consider any matter within its authority, including to enact, amend or repeal any legislation.” The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
