    "content": " Order hon. Senators! As we agreed, we have concluded debate on this particular Motion. We will not take the vote now. We will take the vote tomorrow with the rest of the concluded Motions. So, again, I give notice to the Senators that tomorrow afternoon you should be available in the House to take the vote. Before we proceed to the next business, I will allow the Senator for Machakos to give the Notice of Motion. He has explained the reasons why he could not give it at the time the Order was called out and the Chair is quite satisfied that those were circumstances beyond his control. Before we do so, I would like to introduce the second group o f Members of the delegation from the Taita Taveta County Assembly whom we said could not all be here because of our limited space. I would like to inform our visitors that for the avoidance of doubt, this is a temporary shelter, you are most welcome to come when we get our proper Chambers and then you will know that you are in the Senate.
