    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for this opportunity. I rise to support this Motion and say that the Government should devolve resources to county governments to ensure that schools in each county are fully equipped. A number of times, we have visited primary and secondary schools in our counties and all Senators know that the situation is not good. The reason the Senate is there is to ensure fairness in distribution of resources in terms of finances and structures. The Motion by Sen. Murkomen has come at the right time when this Senate should actually sit down and see to it that all schools in the country across the 47 counties record development, so that we give our children the right to compete irrespective of The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
