    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you will recall that around 21st of April 2011, I had sought a Ministerial Statement from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance regarding certain mistakes in the revenue accounts of the Government of Kenya. The Ministry contested that the issue was before a Committee of the House. You did promise to make a ruling. I am requesting that the ruling be made because we are proceeding to approve Government Estimates again. If that issue is not clarified, it may be difficult for this House to be sure that whatever we are approving is accurate."
