    "content": " Hon. Senators, you can now understand why this is rightfully referred to as the Upper House, because of the thorough manner in which you interrogate all issues. Senators, before I propose the Question, I want to revisit the issues that have been raised, because specific reference has been made to the Constitution. Because of the supremacy of the Constitution, let us revisit what was raised by Dr. Boni Khalwale, under Article 67(2)(e) on the Land Commission which reads:- “to initiate investigations, on its own initiative or on a complaint, into present or historical land injustices, and recommend appropriate redress;” The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
