    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Motion and also support the amendment that was raised here by Sen. ole Ndiema. Madam Temporary Speaker, for the first time in the history of this country, we are faced with a monster and in order for us to slay that monster, we must see how big that monster is. We must see whether it is the size of this Senate; or is it the size of the whole Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC)? But we cannot be told that we look at the monster in a very small, microcosm way.
