    "content": " Before we proceed, most of the points that you have raised are valid and we had given an earlier direction to all those who intended to move amendments to consolidate them so that, probably, we have one comprehensive amendment. But, of course, again, we have to follow due process and we are waiting for them to notify the Speaker of that intention within the stipulated time. So, I am of the opinion that we allow those who want to move amendments to have one platform so that we do not have parallel amendments, and then you move them on time so that we do not have what we suffered yesterday, where we had intention to move but then, again, we were time barred on that Motion. So, we will proceed with the Senator who was on the Floor while we give further directions."
