    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As much as Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has experience in the House, Sen. Musila made it very clear that he invites Senators to make amendments on this Motion. That will come during the debate. So, Senators can bring in amendments before it is passed. Therefore, to start saying that it should be debated or not to be allowed to go on, is not in order. Is he in order when he is very much aware that amendments can be brought in during the debate of this Motion?"
