Senator in order to say that part of the reason why mobile telephony has not got to all parts of this country is because we have not extended solar electric power when he is very well aware that we have invested so much money and we have reached all these constituencies either with grid or off grid electricity and where we have not, already there are plans to do so in those constituencies?
