    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me laud Senator (Dr.) Machage for his positive thinking and for bringing this very important Motion. If you watched television yesterday and the previous day, you must have seen some families in Baringo who can only see during the night due to health difficulties. It is instructive to know that the second President of this country, for twenty four years, came from Baringo. That does not seem to have helped. Senator (Dr.) Machage wants – which I support – Level 5 hospitals established in each county.
