Is it in order for the Senator for Kakamega County to impute that it is the Jubilee Government policy offering or giving the retired President those packages while, indeed, the Government has not owned up to those packages? My colleague is also aware that, indeed, the Committee on Budget of the National Assembly has refused to accede to that proposal. I think it is not right for Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale to impute that it is the Jubilee Government’s policy."
