    "content": "errant doctors should not be punished. However, this should not be done the way the medical board is doing it, in a uphazard way, covering up for the negligence and inadequacies of the Governments of the past. This has to be done with the best interests of both the doctors and those who are aggrieved. These issues need to be addressed. The amendments suggested by my colleagues are welcomed as long as we do not dilute the Motion at hand. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
