    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Chairman clarify whether the trip by the Deputy President to the countries mentioned had anything to do with the agenda that came up at the AU? It makes sense if it had something to do with the agenda. Secondly, given the omnibus character of the Statement that the Chairman has given, it looks like the Deputy President had a whole laundry list of issues that he was raising. What was the key issue that took the Deputy President, was it Somalia or all the other issues? Finally, could these other issues which, to me, look very peripheral, not have been handled at the ambassadorial level rather than having a Deputy President sauntering around Africa on issues that ambassadors can handle and bring back to the relevant Ministries for the consumption of the Government?"
