    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to go one step further. We have understood what you said. From the inception of this House, when we started we said that we are all learning. In the past, practice demanded Cabinet Ministers to come to the Floor and they were asked Questions. Now that they have been replaced by Chairmen of the various committees, particularly with regard to the majority side that runs Government. Authenticity is one thing; just like Sen. Haji was responding he said that this is from the office of the Deputy President. That is acceptable. But the question now is, for authenticity’s sake, must the Chairman carry along with him something that confirms that this is from the Office of the President or the Deputy President; a signed document.
