All the Orders were called out in a systematic manner. It is up to the Members who have Notices of Motions to stand up for the Chair to acknowledge them. When you sit, I may not be sure whether you want to proceed with the Motion or whether you have changed your mind. I will allow you, but demand that as you give your notice, you also apologise."
