    "content": "the Senate. Somebody may by mischief know that a matter is valid before the Senate and run to court and declare that the matter is sub judice. I think that there are fundamental rules that are applicable. So long as no prejudice is caused to the matter which is in contest in the court, you are not absolutely stopped from discussing an issue of this nature. But I know that you will guide us. I am just scared that if it is taken too far, then we may never have to discuss anything which is validly before the House."
