(Dr.) Machage with regard to Standing Order No.51(3) “Despite paragraph (2), the Speaker may, on the request of a Senator, defer the putting of the question to the following day in which case the Speaker shall thereupon nominate a time at which the question shall be put.” I stand to request that the Question be put on Tuesday, 18th, June, at about 3.00 pm due to lack of adequate quorum at this moment.
