But when it comes to legislation of this nature, where we want the Senate to act expeditiously and ensure that the counties are protected, without prejudice to the operations of the national Government, I plead with the Senators that this particular Committee will come out with this draft legislation for enactment. That will enable the Senate to proceed to protect the counties, as we have shown in the last two weeks or so. Madam Temporary Speaker, as far as the names are concerned, they are not cast in stone. If anybody feels that there should be additions or deletions, I would encourage Senators to do so.
