    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Speaker, for coming to my rescue. Madam Temporary Speaker, first of all, I would like to congratulate Sen. Orengo and Sen. Kiraitu Murungi. I would like it to be noted in this House that these were the “young Turks” who brought us the Second Liberation to this country and were instrumental in ensuring that we had a new Constitution. Of course, not forgetting that the new Constitution brought to us great benefits, including our “baby”; devolution.
