    "content": "I wish to recognise where competent leadership has been noted, like in the National Bank of Kenya. Mr. Marambii has done very well for the last 15 years and the bank is now giving out dividends. Look at what is happening at the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). It is expanding its branch network in the country as well as in South Sudan, Rwanda and other areas. Therefore, these parastatals have provided vetting and proper appointment in their key positions."
