"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as for the other two questions, I request you to rule that they are not within the jurisdiction of the Cabinet Secretary. If there is need to call any Cabinet Secretary to answer certain questions that are within the jurisdiction of a certain Committee, the Committee will be given directions to call the Cabinet Secretary. Any Member of the Senate, including the whole House, can attend that Committee meeting to listen to the answers and so forth. So, as I said, my colleague is being a little bit mischievous. Perhaps, he has never interacted with the Cabinet Secretary and needed a formal way from this House to invite her to come to this House. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
