    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to commend your ruling and wisdom. This House has also, definitely, demonstrated the wisdom that it is capable of. In Islam, often times people think that Jihad or Martyrdom is the highest quest. But scholarship is the highest form of attainment. We are told in Islam that the ink of a scholar is greater than the blood of a martyr. So what we have done, in distinguishing ourselves from the National Assembly, is that we have constantly pursued the line of scholarship to try and demonstrate that we adhere to and understand the Constitution.
