    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very critical point. It is about leadership. The President is the head of this country and the Government. There are various arms of Government. All arms of Government need to work together in harmony so as to serve the country. They should not be jostling or chest-thumping. There should be a system to solve such matters before they get to the critical level so that they do not get to a point where the President is being looked upon to decide in favour of either this way or the other way. The same issue is happening at the Parliament Buildings. Why should we reach a point when blood is being poured outside the gates of Parliament?
