    "content": " Hon. Senators, the last time we debated this Motion, we reached the stage of voting on the amendment which had been proposed by Sen. Wako. To refresh your memory, the amendment was that the Motion be amended by inserting the following names immediately after the name of Sen. Dr. Bonny Khalwale. Sen. Ongoro Masha Sen. Stephen Sang Sen. Gideon Moi; and, Sen. Lenny Kivuti. This is a matter affecting counties. Therefore, we will proceed to vote as counties. This is Sen. Wako’s amendment. Ring the bell for eight minutes."
