    "content": "THAT, the Division of Revenue Bill (National Assembly, Bill No.1 of 2013) was published in the Kenya Gazette Supplement No.63 of 29th April, 2013 as a Bill originating in the National Assembly and was passed by the National Assembly on Thursday, 9th May, 2013 in the form attached hereto; And further that the National Assembly seeks the concurrence of the Senate to the said Bill as passed by the National Assembly. Signed by Hon. Justin B.N. Muturi, MP, Speaker of the National Assembly. 14th May, 2013.” If you look at the end part of that Bill, and again as required by law, both the Clerk and Speaker of the National Assembly have certified this as a true copy of the Bill that they have sent to us to consider. For my part, I do not expect that we are just supposed to look at it and then send it back without our input. I would like to hear a few more views on this matter and then I will make a ruling on how we should proceed."
