    "content": "There is a suggested amendment of setting up a committee and this is what I support because there are many small laws in various places that can be put together. I think we can widen the scope of this committee so that they can put together all these laws and therefore make maximum use of the natural resources; which is the next step of devolution in this country. We should recognize the potential we have and look for ways to make use of the untapped potential existing within our counties. With those few remarks, I support this Motion."
