Indeed, this Motion is not only timely but gives the people of this country, specifically the people of each county who are the stakeholders, the opportunity to be participants and to belong to their county by participating in activities that affect their counties. In my county of Kiambu, if I can use that as an example, we have several natural resources which the people of this county have not benefitted from.
