    "content": " Hon. Senators, it is now time to interrupt the business of the Senate. The Senate now stands adjourned until 2.30 pm this afternoon. I also want to draw your attention to Standing Order No.51(3) that reads: “(3) Despite paragraph (2), the Speaker may, on the request of a Senator, defer the putting of the a question to the following day in which case the Speaker shall thereupon nominate a time at which the question shall be put.” I, therefore, wish to announce that the question will be put in the afternoon.
