    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to, very humbly, thank my colleagues, Senators for the bipartisan manner in which they have supported this Motion. Indeed, it is very clear that from the data that has been supplied by the Kenya Roads Board (KRB) and contributions that Members have made, all has not been well in the roads sector. Lack of maintenance of roads and poor workmanship have been cited as some of the causes of lack of good roads in this country.
