    "content": " Thank you, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale for allowing me to inform you that further to what you have just said, and in rebuttal to the flawed arguments of Sen. Kagwe and Sen. Karaba, universities are also very major economic entities if you cite cases of cities like Oxford and Cambridge. If you look at towns of Kakamega and Bondo, which were dead towns, you will notice that universities are very important commercial entities that spur economic activities and growth in any area. That is why Mt. Kenya region and environs of Nairobi County have taken advantage over the rest of Kenya, by the previous flawed arrangements to have all the universities around here."
