    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The person speaking is a lawyer of very competent calibre. He also believes in justice and human rights. We are discussing about ordinary people and their Government. Now, you cannot put the onus on those people; that they are supposed to do this or that. Could the Minister consider really initiating that? Otherwise, he will be deliberately misleading the House that the reason is because they have not asked, when he should be the one who should really be acting."
