    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The HANSARD will bear me out that the Mover of the Motion mentioned Sen.(Dr.) Khalwale when he was moving the Motion. He went on to say he was now nominating the two hon. Senators to be members of these committees. Indeed, Sen. Elachi is being nominated, not to increase the numbers of the committee beyond those allowed by the law, she is being nominated to replace Sen.(Dr.) Khalwale because he conducted himself in a manner that was not tolerable by his leadership."
