    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the Minister is slightly avoiding the real issue. The issue here is about when compensation will be given; the payment is being made one and a half years later. We have cited the law, Section 10 of the Compulsory Acquisition Act, Cap.295, where the process of acquiring land is defined. In the same spirit, the law provides in Section 8 that payment is prompt. The same law provides that interest is payable. All I am asking of this Minister is: Now, that he knows that payment is one and a half years late, why does he have to wait for the 900 people"
