    "content": " The procedure for voting is that the Clerk will call out your names and you will indicate from where you are whether you are voting for “yes”, “no” or whether you wish to abstain. That will also be recorded. The voting is on this basis. You will vote “yes” if you are supporting the Motion and “no” if you are opposed to the Motion or abstain if you are neither supporting nor opposing. So, we can only take three of them; yes, no and abstain. We will now have names being called out, please."
