    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister is avoiding a very sensitive issue. The facts are bare. Compensation is being paid one and half years later, and the law gives the Minister the position on interest. I am only asking: Could he give the House an undertaking according to the law, and not for illegal interest, that he will pay interest on amounts that are being paid one and a half years later? I am not asking for rocket science."
