    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I sincerely wish to thank the hon. Minister for his text. I just want the Minister to know that this is a pre-independence matter. Independent governments have promised to resettle the Talai Community. In fact, they were taken to his neighbourhood. The Talai were moved by the British colonialists from Kericho Town to Gwassi, where they were rejected and they were brought back on the promise that they would be given land. I am only stating facts."
