    "content": "Last but not least, there is something called the Women Enterprise Development Fund and the Youth Enterprise Development Fund. Whereas I support those two Funds, I think they should be enhanced the way the President said, so that they are done in line with the well proven ways like the CDF. However, I think that is not enough. I think we also need a Men’s Fund. When the youth get funded, by and large, the people who get employed are the youth. When a woman starts a business and it thrives, by and large, the people who get employed are the youth. Likewise, when men start a business and it thrives, by and large the people who get employed are the youth. Therefore, if you only have a Fund for women for the sake of affirmative action, which I support, by and large, let us support everybody who can be an entrepreneur. Let us not just say that it is men or the youth who need the fund. Men also need support to make it in business. Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker. I support."
