(Dr.) Agnes Zani Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Rules and Business Committee, as Senators would know, is a critical component or a critical starting point for the organization of the business of this House. Therefore, it is important that the constitution of this Committee be discussed and adopted by this House. We hope that this House will approve the names which have been tabled before this House so that work can start. The other point that I want to make is that given the heavy legislative agenda that this House has, we will require this Committee to start working immediately so that the House can start discharging its constitutional mandate."
