Member would come up with this kind of good homework and then the responsible Minister ignores and fails to respond. For purposes of this Senate, and since we want to create new traditions, it would be useful if we insisted that because the Senate Majority Leader will be the one who will be responding on behalf of the Government, we make it mandatory that for every such Motion that is brought here by an hon. Senator, that the Senate Majority Leader must at all times respond in person or ask his deputy to do so."
