Muriuki, we cannot entertain that for the reasons given by the Senator for Wajir. This is for the simple reason provided under Standing Order No.28 (3) in particular. Let me just start with Standing Order No.28 (1) and (2). It reads:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
