    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when I look at Standing Order No.24(6), it is quite clear that the orders do not contemplate a situation whereby the Mover of this Motion will always be the Senate Majority Leader. If we allow Sen. Wako to introduce that amendment, we will completely have moved away from the letter and spirit of Standing Order No.24(6). It is this Motion as it is that captures the letter and spirit of Standing Order No.24(6)."
